Primer prepared

A few hours spent sanding and filling and sanding and we're almost there.  Not sure if I'd use 4mm thick balsa next time, even though the shadows are 47mm apart there are some ridges appearing towards the transom.  At one point I have actually sanded through the balsa to the shadow :-(  it is filled now but I wont be doing any more serious sanding until after it is glassed and the hull is stiffer.

It's two weeks since I started the first drawings so not bad progress, the resin is expected soon but now I have to make a call to Dave Creed and then decide whether to mould and make my own mast step/fin casing or purchase one of Dave's.
