The past week I've been busy since my eldest son asked if he could join in todays racing. This was just the incentive I needed to complete the BOR's refurbishment. A couple of evenings in the workshop and the Bor had a new fin and bulb, new winch and a rear deck servo, pot arrangement.
It was the last official Club race of the 2014 season and the wind was light, not from a favourable direction and the course was set back to front. Reach, run start and a beat to the leeward mark. In fact earlier in the day you could complete 1 lap without tacking!
